How do engagements usually start?
A 30-minute call on the situation, then a short written proposal with scope, working model and rate. Most engagements start within two to four weeks.
Remote, on site or hybrid?
Hybrid works best: on site for workshops, steering meetings and the critical phases, remote for the rest.
What do you need from us to quote?
The goal, the rough timeline, who decides, and what has already been tried. That is enough for a realistic first assessment.
